A Decade of Person-Centred Care
We started LifeCare because too many people were being handed generic support plans that didn't reflect who they actually were. We wanted to build something different — a provider that starts every relationship by listening.
Today, our team of qualified support workers, nurses and coordinators support hundreds of participants across Melbourne, from daily living assistance to Supported Independent Living homes designed around real accessibility needs.
